How Can severe Muscle Pain In The Legs And Arms Be Treated?
I have muscle pain in the legs and arms. When I try to do housework like make a bed, mop or sweep etc. I get short of breath, pain in the back and start sweating. I heart has checked out ok. Just won t to sit still. I have been very active in the past?

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated.
